At Abe Express, we take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality food products.
Because our items are perishable, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we will gladly offer a replacement.
Eligibility for Replacement
Replacements may be approved in the following situations:

The product arrived damaged or spoiled.

The wrong product or quantity was delivered.

The packaging was opened, broken, or compromised during transit.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Your order number.

A brief description of the issue.

Clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we’ll process your replacement at no additional cost.
Replacements are shipped within 2 business days after approval.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Because of food safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

All food and beverage items.

Any perishable or temperature-sensitive products.

Items that have been opened, consumed, or altered.
Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
We will coordinate with our shipping partner to resolve the issue and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
